Refund policy

1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or faulty

  • The item is incorrect (wrong product, size, or colour sent)

  • The item does not match the description on our website

Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable, unless faulty:

  • Intimate wear, shapewear, underwear, lingerie

  • Wigs, hair extensions, beauty products (if worn, opened, or used)

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags and hygiene seals intact

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • We will cover the return shipping costs

  • You may choose between:

    • A replacement

    • A refund

    • A store credit

Please contact us with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

4. Change of Mind

In line with South African law:

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference

  • Please ensure you review size charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect

6. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos or videos (if the item is faulty or incorrect)

7. Consumer Protection Act (CPA)

This policy complies with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
