All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Processing time does not include delivery time

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Delivery Timeframe

We deliver nationwide across South Africa using trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery time for all orders:

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is completely FREE on all orders

  • No minimum purchase required

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update on the courier’s system.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts

If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

If the parcel is confirmed lost, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund (where applicable)

7. Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
